Meme the Fourth

I've been tagged by Dragon Mage, Angelbrat and Thomas, so here's my take on the latest meme.

The Rules
* Link to your tagger and list these rules on your blog.
* Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog - some random, some weird.
* Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blog.
* Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

1. We have 3 VCRs and I know how to program them all.
2. I helped build the last house I lived in.
3. At one time I had a neighbour and friend was a well-known Canadian author, and just down the road lived a writer who later became world famous.
4. Shower gel is my secret vice. I have a large collection, and alternate between two different ones each week.
5. I've been in a courtroom twice; once as an observer and once as a participant.
6. I have removed sutures from both animals and people.
7. Long ago I auditioned for a stage production that included a nude scene, but I didn't get a part.

And I'm going to tag:

GreenWoman

Oooh! This is a fun meme. I decided to do this one a few days ago after reading so many folk's lists. Finally I read Swan's list on the Heron Clan and decided to try it to. It was a fun meme. I'd love to do it again...

1)If I draw anything, it is either a heart shape or a tree.

2)I've begun to want alot of light at night. My eye sight is changing. When I'm tired, I have to take my glasses off for farsightedness to read a book or the back of a dvd.

3)I am very sentimental. I made a little spot for my son to have pictures of his father in my house near the bed he uses when he visits. So I have pictures of my exhusband up in plain sight in my house and in plain sight of this desk too by the way.

4)My mother gave me this little oval shapped box full of tiny figures that are covered in embroidery floss and woven fabrics. The box has little birds painted on it, but they are nearly completely faded now. I just know what the faint images used to make. They are called worry dolls. She bought them when she visited New Mexico and Texas the year before she died.

5)Sometimes I tell the dolls my worries.

6)Every time I do, the worries seem to be taken away completely. Its just like magick. I feel like I'm telling my mother my worries I guess.

7)I really ought to do that more often, because I always feel better.

That was fun. Thank you Hermione. *smiles*

I promise not to corner the market if you kindly disclose your preferred brands of shower gel. :-)

OK done the meme and did a little research on the definition of memes (and found out I was pronouncing it wrong), the rest is your fault :-)

Greenwoman - thank you! That was awesome. I've seen those worry dolls; I think I need some.

Anon - I don't have a preference. I usually buy whatever's available at a large store similar to T.J. Maxx that hadend of line and discontinued products at half price.

Paul - Thank you.

Prefectdt - I didn't know how to pronounce it either.

Hugs,
Hermione

Hey, Harmonica! You got Gwen in big trouble with this, yanno. She did the honors at our blog, and then tagged Dr. Ken at Spanking Minnesota, and he used his first meme thingy to write an anti-meme tirade, and now he's going to spank Gwen for tagging him.

So in the interest of justice, I think when he's done smacking Gwen's deserving derriere he oughta head over here and give you a good hiding as well - all in the interest of justice, you understand. *G*

Devlin, I completely accept your decision, and Dr. Ken's spanking.
