Knock First

The 25-year-old boyfriend of a 34-year-old woman was beaten with a baseball bat and punched by a group of her teenage daughter's friends. The girl heard slaps and screams coming from the bedroom, assumed her mom needed help, and called some friends to intervene. But it seems the noise was all part of some consensual intimate activities. Police charged the teens with assault.

I first saw this item in a newspaper, where the slapping was mentioned twice, and it sounded like some spanking fun to me. When I searched for a link to the story so I could include it here, few of the websites that carried it included any mention of slaps.

Read a full account of the incident here. The comments at the end of the item leave no doubt that most readers considered it harmless fun.

Hmmmmmmmm... this makes me wonder. At 16 if I heard what I thought was an attack on my mother I might have rushed in with a ball bat myself, or I might have called tha police but I don't think I would have taken the time to call several of my friends. I have a feeling the daughter might not have like this young boyfriend too well to begin with. I'm just saying...

I think both daughter and friends should be charged and stupid mom should also be charged. Boy friend should look for better person to be with: if that horny he should learn to fly solo (masturbate).

I'd like to know the whole truth here, more to it I think. You wouldn't call friends but call the police or go in yourself. Could be what PK said, maybe girl didn't like her mother's boyfriend.

Have a good weekend Hermione.

PK - I agree. Something's wrong with this picture. Maybe daughter wanted the young man for herself.

Widgets - the daughter and her friends were charged, but mom didn't do anything wrong.

Ronnie - this sounds like a dysfunctional family.

I hope your weekend is good too.

Hermione: seems like the mother and boy friend are really foolish, if not completely DUMB! This type of play should never occur within hearing range of family, specially children of any age.
