A heads-up for Love our Lurkers 12

It's time once again to celebrate our silent readers. Once a year, bloggers encourage their lurkers to come out of the shadows and leave a comment. If you often read this and other spanking blogs, but are too shy to leave a comment, this will be your chance to make your presence known.

Spanko bloggers will love their lurkers on:

Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18.

I will post a reminder and will have more information for you next week.

I hope you don't mind, but in the past I have used the "Love our Lurkers" theme as an opportunity to berate rather than express gratitude. I plan to do the same again this year.

I think it's great that you and others can put so much work into your blogs and not feel resentment towards those who visit and benefit from your efforts without even having the courtesy to leave a "thanks. Great post." But that's not me.

Most recently my step-daughter gave up a portion of her time to pose as a 'foot model' for some Halloween-themed foot pictures. Other than a few responses from my most loyal of readers, NONE of the hundreds who saw that photo series bothered to say anything. It made me sad for her and angered me.

I respect you and your opinion, so I am very willing to hear how you are able to do "Love Our Lurkers" with such enthusiasm. Anyway....all the best!-----KDP

Thanks very much to you and all who compose these websites.

I comment sometimes, but lurk more often. Other than my great relationship with my wife Irene who has many ways to turn me on and keep me in line, these websites have been wonderfully informative, educational stimulating and entertaining.

In theory I'd like to write one, but I would not want to be found out. Plus, I am not sure I would attract much interest.

KDPierre - That's the very reason we have LOL days. To encourage readers to speak up, rather than to remain silent.

Ronnie - Thanks you or your continued support. It means a lot to me.

Roscoe - Thank you for your comment. I'm glad to hear the blogs help and entertain you. I understand your fear of starting a blog; I felt that way too.

Blondie - You are very welcome.

Cat - Great! Looking forward to seeing you there.

Red - My pleasure.

Jan - Excellent!

Roz - I enjoy it too!

Lindy - I'm glad you will be joining us.

Baker - Glad to hear that.

Hugs,
Hermione
