It doesn't get fully strengthened until 6 months to a year. I am having my second done after the summer; so any play will take a back seat to recovery.

If you want more comments on what to expect I would be happy to let you know. You do not sleep on your side and go on your side for quite awhile. Going over your partner's knee is out of the question. Ninety days is the BAREST (pun intended) minimum. You should talk to your physician without giving specific details as to when you continue normal sexual activities.

All the best.

PS The newer procedure is the anterior; which is supposed to reduce down time considerably.

OTKRobAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-21658057276727779782015-03-23T03:27:19.781-04:002015-03-23T03:27:19.781-04:00I agree with the others. These work at the skin level and generate the expected soreness and a good spanking sensation, but without any threat to healing bones.

Best wishes, DD!Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09061952016296339760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-81354918474497849252015-03-22T15:33:19.550-04:002015-03-22T15:33:19.550-04:00Thank you all so much for your comments...I guess ...Thank you all so much for your comments...I guess we take it slow and steady and see what happens.

Thank you all for your best wishesDownunder Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743435411018893484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-32823434516957498012015-03-22T11:52:47.172-04:002015-03-22T11:52:47.172-04:00Sorry, no experience. With a sympathetic partner though it shouldn't be a problem although I would wait a while before trying anything too energetic.Simonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-5297772067600229962015-03-22T05:01:47.211-04:002015-03-22T05:01:47.211-04:00No real experience to draw on but I agree, slow an...No real experience to draw on but I agree, slow and easy and experiment with positions.

Hugs
Roz Rozhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14326826956049047973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-19809602463187435362015-03-22T01:51:04.416-04:002015-03-22T01:51:04.416-04:00Sorry no hip replacement experience. They will teach you all that before discharge but where there's a will there's a way! Be creative:)~ As a submissive who suffers with chronic pain my 2 cents is... Even though she isn't 100% well spank anyways! Sometimes I get grumpy and sassy when I'm hurting and Jordan let's it slide because I don't feel well. Truth is I wish he would call me on it. Tell me it's not acceptable. Bend me over and give me a few swats. Not a really hard spanking just enough to snap me out of it and show me he still loves me dispite the illness and the pain. Good luck with the surgery!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02730917849600775588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-2791423841178698782015-03-21T22:30:49.478-04:002015-03-21T22:30:49.478-04:00Well...no hip replacement so I am not sure about t...Well...no hip replacement so I am not sure about that.
