Which of course immediately reminded me of this post. At some point they say "don't forget, they make great Christmas presents" It was quite a struggle not to laugh too loud or blurt out something I would really rather not say in front of my dad or my son.Nerinanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4178998232488314107.post-59638996318855715212011-01-06T15:10:53.063-05:002011-01-06T15:10:53.063-05:00Erica - No, not at all. When I bought them they were with the idea he would have their to stir the tea or his eggs when he cooked. One is red with snow flakes and one is white with Santa on it. However when he pulled them out of his stocking he popped his hand with them and looked at me and said nice. The boys didn't catch on but I avoided him when he had those spatulas in his hand. Now they have been run through the dishwasher and tucked safely away in the drawer in the kitchen. It is light enough to be springy in the hand, rebound perfectly and not bruise, but it is just heavy enough to apply shimmering fire, should this ever be needed. It makes a mean risotto too and the feel of it in my hand in the kitchen always makes me smile!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
