Hurdies like a distant hill

Raise a tawse to Robbie today on the anniversary of his birth!

In case you were wondering about the title of this post, hurdies are buttocks.

And in case you were wondering how to make haggis, look no further.

  1. I think that I will give the Haggis a miss this year. Wouldn't mind a good Tawsing on my "Hurdies" though.

  2. I only know one limerick, but if that staff was what she was going to use on me white hurdies, I would keep my lips zipped.

  4. Prefectdt - I had oatmeal pancakes for breakfast; does that count?

    Bogie - Very wise.

Ronnie - I love neeps but Ron doesn't, so I have them all for myself.

    Hugs,

  7. Och, my education, or else my memory, gang agley!

While we studied the works of Scotland's favorite son the decades ago I was in class, I missed entirely knowing about this occasion for revelry!!

Thank you for filling the gap, Hermione, now I'll go find something hearty to quaff and maybe some lovely hurdies to hurdle!!
