    That is hilarious, Hermione-- thanks! Of course, the form leaves out the classic politician's apology-- I'm sorry *if* you were offended. Maybe we should leave a stack of these forms strategically located in various legislative assemblies and executive houses...

    Oh that's genius! I love the excuses best. I am now very tempted to print off a few copies of this form and fill it in for fictional crimes whenever I think I need a spanking ...
