Wednesday WIN

I recently discovered an amazing candy available from the German confectionary company, Haribo. It's called "Arsch mit Ohren" (ass with ears) which is how you say "Butthead" in German. I learn something new every day.

Aren't they sweet?

This is how the candy comes packaged, and you'll notice that the first word is not completely spelled out, so as not to offend.

Visit the candy's product page at the Haribo site and move your mouse over the image for a real closeup of a bottom that's good enough to eat!

  3. I have to admit that I haven't ever seen those in a supermarket, yet, although Haribo products are indeed popular here in Germany. Well, it seems there is always something new. ;-)

  4. Leave it up to the Germans to come up with an idea like that. Now we have to get someone in this country to match them. I think it's great.

  13. Cute sweets, I'm going to keep my eye out for them.

Now that we know how to say "Butthead" in German, may I ask how the Germans say "Beavis"? :)

  14. German just call it Beavis and butthead without really knowing what it means. :)

Great find! Haribo always changes their things around a bit, I love these! And what a gift they would make!
