    LoL Hermione, these are too funny. I think the second sign would definitely keep me away from the site! I mean, if they can't even spell the word!

    I don't see them as funny. I see them as a sign that public education is a failure. BTW, some of them are phonetically correct depending on dialect.

    I would say were funny...but really they are a sad statement. Having taught English, I know that spelling comes easier to some than others...but still

    The construction site made me laugh because all I could think of I hope they can read and understand the blueprints.

    Ok, now wait a minute--

    Maybe one guy does have a "draem" and the other guy has a "deram" and they found each other so they can swap.

    Maybe the guy really is selling "yrad"s indoors--a new type of skateboard perhaps?

    On the other hand I'd be leery (Leary?) of buying anything built at the "construkshun' site. Look what happened to the guy who buried his cat in the Pet Sematary.

    Abby - I was taught that spelling is an innate ability. Either you can or you can't.

    Ronnie - Maybe they were writing backwards?

    Sunny - I certainly hope so, or the finished product would look awfully strange.

    Rollin - That was a creepy book. Now I'll have nightmares!
