Hermione -- there was an article in the local paper this past week about a butcher in Hugo, Minnesota (Grundhofer's Old-Fashion Meats). Their best-selling brat in the place is the Gummi Bear brat. (So--yes, it's real!) He makes something like 300-pounds worth a week.
He also makes other flavored brats:
Banana Cream Pie, S'Mores, Peanut butter and Jelly, Clam and Bacon, Turkey stuffing and gravy, Blueberry cheddar, Peach Mango, Caramel Apple, Crab and Butter, Whiskey Peppercorn, Sour Cream and Onion, Chili Cheese Jalapeno and--believe it or not--about 98 other flavors.
I've never tried one, but I'm almost tempted to make the drive and give them a taste...

I want to try one of those Egyptian strawberries, but I don't think I will every buy Land O Lakes butter again. It's too much a reminder.
