I wouldn't worry too much. The first and second are clearly fakes. Just look at the clean crisp lettering with not even the slightest color variation on the first one, on a sign that is clearly weather worn. How does that happen? The two 'El arroyo' billboards might be genuine, but the second one is suspicious since the light and shadows on the billboard don't extend to the top of the sign where the name of the establishment is shown. How does THAT happen? Maybe it's a photoshop meme fail? LOL So, it's a mixed bag. At least we know meme creators are capable of creating funny attention-getters, even if they have to resort to trickery to do it.
I guess in addition to being like you with grammar, I am also a pain-in-the-ass when it comes to photoshop fakery. LOL
Though I have never been one, I am an editor at heart. When I see misspellings, I cringe. But then again, many who misspell just checked out when in school, doing the bare minimum to graduate.
