Guess the Implement

We haven't played "Guess the Implement" for some time, so let's have some guesses about this little beauty.




What could this object be used for, other than spanking? It is about 2 feet (60 cm) long, but that's the only hint I'm going to give you.


What do you think it is?  I'll accept all guesses: serious, silly, or somewhere in between. I'll publish the answer in the next post.

    IT IS A STRAP WRINCH USED FOR TURNING PIPE. IT DOES LEAVE A LOVELY STRIPE ON MY BOTTOM

    I wondered if it was a windscreen wiper but really have no idea.
