Do your spankings have a 'grand finale'?

Bonnie: Sometimes. Maybe. I never know until it happens. If there is a pattern, I have yet to discern it. If he has a plan, he doesn't share it in advance.

Randy says he likes to surprise me. My expression of surprise in this case is to loudly exclaim, "Ow!".

Wendel: We only use one implement during a spanking so there is no big finale.

Donn: Yes, for punishment thrashings with one of her rubber straps, my wife does have such a technique that she sometimes uses, but it can only be used if I am standing (bent over a chair for support), kneeling beside and bent over the edge of the bed, or I'm mounted on a spanking horse.

At the very end, when much of my butt has become much less sensitive (sometimes actually numb) due to the repeated strokes (from left of right sides), my wife will take up position directly behind me.

From that position, she can swing the strap "back and forth" in front of her, quite fast if she chooses, repeatedly striking the outer right-side of my right butt cheek on her "fore-swing," then the left-side of my left butt-cheek on her "back-swing." Striking areas that have NOT been desensitized from previous repeated strokes applied from either side. (Yes, she does sometimes gets a little too close and strikes the "fore-hip" along with the side of the butt-cheek.)

Yes, it makes a very intense a "grand finale" for a punishment thrashing. It's very hard to maintain control and position when she dials up the speed of strokes and shortens the cycles/intervals. I prefer to be restrained if I know in advance she plans to use this technique.   

Mija: For a punishment, generally the end is a tawse or hairbrush. But those could be the start too. Other times a hand spanking ending can be pretty sweet. 

Roz: There is no finale, specific implement or signal as such. Sometimes the strokes may be in quicker and more forceful leading up to the end.

Prefectdt: It varies from one spanker to another. But, when possible, I often request to finish with a hard caning on my lower buttocks and upper thighs. The part that is sat upon, usually. Barrel: During a session, cane use is standard. She will continue until she has achieved the look, both color and texture, she wants. Invariably, there will be missed spots or an area that lacks the desired color. Regardless of the quantity, the cane is generally the remedy and last toy employed. If lacking in color, her go to is always the hair brush or rubber paddle.

A.J.: I was right, Hermione??? Dayam.

It was many years ago and I was with one of my fav spankers. (To repeat what I have said before - I'm a fun spanker/spankee. All the spankings I have participated in have been oriented toward a sexual, (ahem) "finale.")

But this day, at the close of my session with my fav spanker, I admitted to her that I had never been REALLY spanked - in the sense of a real spanking someone in authority (like ones often mentioned in literature) would dish out.

I told her that. Then asked..."Would you mind...?

Her: "No." (What? No?)
Told me she was a pro and knew I was done.

Me: Just a taste. To know. How about 100? Your hand, hard and fast.

And then I coined one of my favorite terms, "Like, pretend you are my angry girlfriend." (Thus, the origin of the term for the "angry girlfriend" spanking. On the flip side it's the "angry boyfriend."

Ahhh! Being a girl she knew what an "angry girlfriend" was!

Her: "OK. But how about only 50, at first?"

Deal!

I got 50. Took all of 17-seconds. And I was ALIVE and kicking (literally) for all 50 of them!!! Whew!

We talked, and after a while I said, let's go for it. Give me the final 50.

She did. Another 17-seconds and it was over. I was truly spanked. I found out what a real spanking was. I wound up furiously rubbing my tush in front of my spank-pal who was now - GRINNING EAR-TO-EAR! ('Told 'ja!' she didn't need to say.)

From then on, whenever I felt at the conclusion of some otk time, that I needed a bit more, I'd ask (Key word!) for the grande finale. And 50 the standard.

On the flip side when she is otk, she HAS TO ASK ME for her grande finale. if she wants it. No assumptions.

NB: The nice part? Unlike previous sessions, I could still feel the tingling in my tush when I went to bed late that night (By morning it was gone.) But most of all, I remembered my spanking friend! SHE made it a memorable time. I often think of her to this day.    

Rosco: If Irene is using her (our) round-handled two-tailed strap, generally yes. I’ll have a sense she’s making the effort to take a full swing for 6 or 7 swats.

Most recently, however, she’s been favoring a wooden paddle - ever since I wrapped in in cloth tape (she has trouble gripping with her hands but is generally pretty athletic and strong). Taking a full swing with the paddle would be a bit much for either of who revel in intensity but not severity. So it’s harder to have a grand finale with that paddle.

I tend to think of the grand finale as what comes after - first her then me.

Hermione: To let me know the end has arrived, Ron spritzes my tush with water from a spray bottle he keeps handy.  

Loki_Darksong: One of the things I do at events was what I call an intro session. It is my sampler dish that is a brief taste of the basic spanking food groups. A hand spanking followed by a paddling followed by a strapping and for its finale and caning.

None of it heavy but just enough to perk an interest for future exploration from the person I am spanking. 

S: My spankings are funishment spankings, but as a finale I usually concentrate some heavy spanks to her sit spots and ask her if she is going to be a good girl. Sometimes I might also give her a couple of pinches. I also like to give her a couple of light spanks and say it is all over.
