hi Hermione, lots of things we didn't know about you here, nice to find out more about everyone.

Hermione:
As a cyber-friend...
Plan early for the best prices and take care of that "Visited Hawaii - no" thing. Seriously. Get it done. For more than a week if you can swing it. And go in March or early April when your tolerance for winter is over-the-top. And while there you can take care of the "Flown in a helicopter - no" thing, too. Preferably on Kauai and into Waimea Canyon and into and along the Nā Pali Coast. Get the long flight, not the short. So kool!
(Note: I once had a job where I had to ("Had to! I tells 'ya!) go to Hawaii on business 2-3 times a year. For 20-years. I know; brutal, eh? I never once complained about having to do that. My only complaints came on leaving. Go!!!)

Loved your answers, Hermione...so much fun to learn something new about my blogland friends. Thanks for sharing.
Hugs and blessings...Cat
I once flew in a helicopter, right next to the pilot, and they shake a lot. I have also ridden in an ambulance, emergency ride to the hospital - don't recommend it, but I was fine and my health insurance did not cover it.
Very interesting information
Baxter
Roz - I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Jan - It was a pleasure to share a bit more about myself.
A.J. - You talked me into it! When do we leave?
Cat - You're welcome.
Baxter - I'm not anxious to ride in either one.
Hugs,
Hermione
Hermione:
I'm going either the first or second week in April! To Maui. To what I think is one of the best hotels in the U.S. http://www.grandwailea.com/
March has college's spring break so, too crowded, and the more economical reservations are harder to get. While hatred of winter is rapidly building, Jan/Feb is too early. S go and come back in mid-April and winter is truly over!
I took 'copter tours on Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai some years ago with my GF. Liked Kauai the best. Afternoon flight; just pilot, me and GF. Pilot said - next time - we should have the hotel pack a lunch and then the tour helicopter company would fly us to some truly isolated place in the mountains where no one can get to other than by helicopter; a place with flowers everywhere - and your own private waterfall! Totally private. Heh-heh-heh... The would come back in 2-hours and pick us up.
Now what do you suppose would happen to Hermione in such a setting....?

Enjoyed reading your answers Hermione. I love meme's like this one.
