Failures in the kitchen are normal. You know the recipe says do this and it will look like that? No idea what planet these people are on but they should be spanked because what they say should happen never does and you end up with messes like that. But in the aftermath, it is funny. Typically when things go to s***, I just start laughing and boy does that tick people off.

I feel bad for the cooks.
Stuck on how the 1st one happens and is that a beer bottle cap in the 3rd one?
Better question is why is the chex mix in the oven, is that a thing?
Maybe there should be Darwin Awards for cooking?
Maybe the chefs were too busy getting spanked in the next room instead of paying attention to the burning food. If they did not get a spanking while it was cooking, they definitely deserved it after.
Gawds those looks depressing! I would be terribly upset to be the owner of any one of those 'fails'.
