From the Top Shelf - Class Dismissed

You probably recognize this picture as the one on last week's Complete the Caption post. Our friend Enzo reminded me that he had written a short story to go with the picture, and has kindly given me permission to post a portion of it here. So without further ado, let's see what this young teacher's reaction was, after her fiance safely removed the frog from the classroom and she got down from the chair.

"See! You see! These are the consequences caused by child-indulging attitudes! Lack of accountability and lack of discipline and… Uggghh! Never mind! This just makes me so mad!  Just wait until I see that li'l snot in the Fall!"

"Ashley, enough!" He reached in a failed attempt to put his arm around her. "Calm down. You know I hate it when my future bride speaks of the young ones in that disrespectful way."

"Excuse me?" She pulled away with a toss of her attitude-filled curls. "You know I take the education of these young minds seriously – even if they or their parents don't. Just because… Uggh! I can't believe YOU taking their side!"

He stretched his reach, grabbed her hand, staring her sternly in her glistening eyes. "Relax. You are getting all wound up over a joke - if it was that at all. It's late and besides aren't you done cleaning up for summer break? No doubt you are the last one here; we should get going. I want to picnic before it gets dark. I'm sure you are just tired."

"No! I don't want to go!" She pulled away, glaring at him and folded her arms. In full dramatic fashion, she turned away stomping her foot, which echoed and filled the empty room unintentionally, yet pleased her just the same. "I don't want to go anywhere with a man who doesn't support me."

"Ashley. Take a deep breath before you say something you regret."

"I'm certain I won't. I'm not going and that is that."

"Speaking of spoilt children, someone is really behaving like one now," he shot back at her.

"Hah! Excuse me? Me? A child? I've never been so insulted!" she turned fully to walk away.

"You know, Ashley, I've had enough of this."

He stepped forward and grabbed her by the waist. With a firm tug he pulled her against himself and bent her forward.

"What the hell are you doing?"

"I'm dealing with adult self-indulgent spoilt attitudes. I'm about to teach you a lesson, young lady."

"No! No. Don't. I don't…. I'm. Not!"

Recap: Spanko Brunch 2.0 for March 6

Do you celebrate birthdays with a spanking? Some do, some don't.

Yorkie: As much as I'd love to, we don't indulge. With 4 older children, my father, sister and her daughter all living with us it is impossible to do ttwd.

I am married to the most wonderful woman who spanks me because I asked her to. We don't do role play, punishment or domination. It is simply because I like it and it turns me on. The harder and longer the better.

She hates it but indulges me anyway. I love it because it connects us and I can be open an honest about my needs which she prefers. She is my best friend and I show her my gratitude with great enthusiasm - if you know what I mean. ;)

abby: Happy Birthday Hermione, hope your celebration includes a spanking. We do celebrate both of our birthdays with a spanking. I get the spanking each time! For my birthday I do get to choose my favorite toys and I usually try to show up with a new toy for Him to enjoy on my bottom.

Downunder Don: Hi Hermione, and a big Happy Birthday to you.We do not do birthday spankings as such, but if there are any sessions around a birthday it is counted. Maybe next year when the number is divisible by 10!!

Liza: I get a birthday spanking but my husband doesn't.

Baxter: Oh yes. My wife and I have birthdays within two days of each other and yes, there are birthday spankings. Since I am the spankee and her the spanker, I not only get my birthday spanking, I get hers as well. This year I will get my 60 spanks and her 59 spanks. Looking forward to it in mid August.

Last year we started birthday spanks for Bear's birthday as we were away for mine. I get the spanks as Bear is the spanker in our house.

Amy: Happy birthday to you and your blog, Hermione! I got all excited on Eric's birthday thinking it was the one day a year I would get to spank him but... nope! He spanked me in honor of each of his years. Hmmmm. Luckily, I love that feeling. Hope you were happily swatted for both your birthday and your blog birthday. Might as well double up!

arched one: First two happy birthdays for you and your blog Hermione and hope you get spanked for both I know you would love it. Birthday spankings yes we both get them. R is the spanker in this house but on her birthday is the only time she will consent to me spanking her. I see a few responders say they get spanked for both birthdays, I would not object to that if R wanted it.

Bogey: Since we both like to spank and be spanked, so we get spanked on our birthday's. In fact, we designate the entire month as Birthday Month. Bacall has also been spanked by friends and relatives on her birthday. Girls have all the fun.

Leigh: Happy Birthday Hermione and Hermione's Heart.

He does birthday spankings - I get his too. It's usually the one I can count on but it didn't happen this past year. Maybe his birthday in July.

Rob gives the spankings around our place. I am the recipient. We don't have formal plans around birthdays for spankings or anything. I am pretty sure that I have been spanked on my birthday in the past though. I'd have to think back on it all. Last year we did not do that as I had just lost Dad so...! This year is a new year and we will see what happens! But I am definitely in favour of a nice OTL GG spanking to celebrate! Yes I AM!!! LOL! Hope that you enjoy! Many happy birthday hugs.

Ella: We did have a hilarious spanking on his birthday recently. Only Sam spanks at our house. It's not that the spanking was a mild one, he just got me laughing. I had teased him about his age. I was bent over the kitchen counter, and there were multiple kitchen items close at hand!

Bonnie: Happy birthday, Hermione!

Yes, we have spankings at our house to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and all manner of other holidays and pseudo-holidays. For Sweetest Day, for example, I received chocolates and a sore bottom. Valentine's Day? You got it. Red roses and a bottom to match. I think this routine might get tiresome but for the fact that we both really enjoy it.

Randy loves surprises and mixes that unexpected element into our milestone spanking sessions. For practical reasons, his scenarios are not quite as theatrical as in years past, but I'm still surprised in a good way.

I always get a birthday spanking, for which I wear my sexiest undies, for D to bare my bottom, and give it a long loving pat a cake until it is glowing and smarting with pleasure, and I am ready to receive my two birthday presents, first a thorough seeing to, and then an exciting wrapped present.

Terpsichore: First of all, wishing you the happiest of birthdays! :-) As for birthday spankings I have often fantasized about birthday spankings; however, the tradition has not caught on in our household. However, I did get spanked my last birthday with a special new flogger. Perhaps it will appear again this year...and if it does I will welcome it.

Jack: Happy Birthday and happy Blog-iversary (I don't think that is really a word - but I hope you get the point).

Yes, we do birthday spankings - just a fun spanking for her birthday - but not all the time - just when she is in the mood (So I try to make her Birthday really fun - when I can - so hopefully she will be in the mood).

Just as a side note: my children were born just about 9 months after her birthday on two of the years we celebrated her birthday with a spanking.

I love receiving a birthday spanking. Unfortunately, it is rare for my guy and I to be together on my birthday, simply because it is in early July, just after Canada Day when we are all on vacation. He does give me my birthday spanking before my birthday.

I have never given my guy a spanking. These days, he is curious to find out whether he likes it. His birthday is this month, so I could give him a lighter version of a birthday spanking and see how that goes.

Hermione: We haven't done birthday spankings as a rule, except when my birthday falls on our regular day for spanking. As it happens, it did this year, so I actually did get a birthday spanking. I didn't get a second one for my blog's birthday, but believe me, the rattan carpet beater counted double!

Ella: Perhaps the frog will turn into a handsome Prince who likes to spank teachers!

Anon 1: To the delight of all the boys, Jimmy's prank had forced Miss Spencer to expose her knickers, garters and stocking tops in front of the class. And as if that wasn't enough of a thrill for them, they knew the principal, upon hearing the noise emanating from their classroom, would arrive shortly, and finding Miss Spencer in such an unseemly position, would order her to his office for a "conference." The boys well knew what would take place, and while they wouldn't be able to see Miss Spencer draped over the principal's lap, skirt up and knickers down, they certainly would be able to hear the loud smacks and her cries of distress as the principal applied the paddle to her bare bottom. 

Red: Red knew his bottom would be spanked as red as the two apples on her desk, but it would be worth it for seeing his teacher's stockings and panties. A small price to pay for bringing a mouse into the classroom.

Anon 2: In all the excitement, Mrs. Ellington forgot about the headmaster's warning that if she could not maintain control of her class, he would find it necessary to discipline not only the class miscreants, but her, as well. Now, standing on the chair, flashing her frilly undies for everyone to see, she realized she would soon be flashing more than that when she was face down across the headmaster's knee for her appointment with the school paddle. And if that wasn't bad enough, she knew the headmaster would notify her husband about what had transpired because of the school's "spanked at school, spanked at home" policy, and that she'd surely be in for a long session with the hairbrush that evening. Thanks to little Billy's prank, Mrs. Ellington thought as she heard the headmaster enter the room, she wouldn't be sitting comfortably for quite a while, which was just fine with her.

Six of the best: "The headmaster has promised to take my knickers down, and cane my tender bare bottom," said the female teacher.

Kingspan: When Principal Jones wanted to be treated like a naughty schoolboy, he would signal by leaving two red apples on the teacher's desk, and playing a childish prank. Scaring the teacher with a live frog should get him the switching he was hoping for - once teacher got down from the chair, that is.

Katie: Miss Bethany knew that the children had left for the day. Certainly there was no one around at this late hour who would discover them having some spanky fun. She simply could not help it. When her Sir asked her to bend over the desk, with a ruler in his hand, she wriggled her nose and turned him into a frog! Only thing was - she was scared to death of frogs.

Sir Wendel: After Principle Edwards administered a dozen licks, Miss Sally remembered the old wives’ tale that’s says frog slime will help relieve the pain of the cane and decided to give it a go.

Hermione: After seeing Miranda's reaction, Roger decided that using a frog as a paddle probably wasn't going to work very well.

From the Top Shelf - Hot Time

Valentine's Day is now in the past, but I found the most delightful story written by Rod Cayenne over at The Canery. In case you missed it, here is how it begins.
  
Hot Time for a Valentine

“Mmmm, a dozen red roses, my favourite artisan chocolates and breakfast in bed.  My, you really have pushed the boat out, darling, haven’t you?”

He just grunted, exhausted temporarily from their lovemaking.  She kissed his stubbly face...before announcing, “Actually, I’ve bought something for you.”

“You have?” he asked, with barely disguised surprise.

“Yes, just a little something.  Something you’ve wanted for a while, and something I wanted to give you.”

She reached under the bed and retrieved a long, white cardboard box, tied with a bonny red ribbon. He took it from her with a kiss, and was immediately surprised by the light weight of the box, immediately suspecting that it was empty, or some other kind of wind-up.  He untied the ribbon and lifted the lid of the box.  Inside was black tissue paper, which he parted to reveal a rattan school cane!

“Oh good lord!” he exclaimed.  “What’s this for?”

“Well, it’s for you of course, my darling.  You said you’d missed out on the cane when you were younger, and that you’d often wondered what it was like.”

“Oh!  I didn’t mean it.  I’ve changed my mind!”

“Nonsense, darling.  Don’t lie to me.  You know you really want it!  Let’s try it out.”

“No way!”

“Don’t you like my present, darling?” she pouted, “I’m hurt.  You said you wondered what it was like and I thought, at 52, it’s time you found out!”
