We say goodbye to 2022 and hope for better things to come in the new year.
Have you made any resolutions - spanking-related or vanilla - for the coming year? What is the likelihood that you will keep those resolutions? What will be the penalty if you don't?

I have made a new year's resolution that this year I will exercise more often than I masturbate. Last year I got into a habit of favoring masturbation over exercise... in other words got lazy. In a perfect world I will succeed in achieving my resolution with no reduction in how often I masturbate, just be very much fitter!
I have yet to raise with my wife but I am hoping that she will cold cane me in any period (duration as required) when my exercise frequency falls below my masturbation. This because although I do like being caned, without a warmup it truly is punishing.
Sadly, no spanking related resolutions as I do not have a partner to share my kink.
On the vanilla side, my main 2023 resolution is to increase walking to over 7k per day outside the flat I live in. In 2021 my count was 4.5k. I raised the target to 6k in 2022, I publicly stated it and if I had not managed it, there would be a lot of teasing and humiliation from my friends.

My Spanking resolution is pretty much the same every year, it's a good one to recycle :) It is to get spanked as often as I can and try as many new toys, pervertables and spanking positions as I can get my hands on or convince my creaky old body to get into.
On the vanilla front, I usually think up something, that I hate, and give up that. In previous years, my attempts to give up jogging and eating sprouts went really well :)

I don't make New Year's resolutions, kinky or otherwise. I don't think that I could get spanked any more than I did in the past year, I don't think I could be any happier. I just want to keep living and loving and learning!

Our only resolution for 2023 is to stay well alive and well. From there, we will figure it out as we go.
But goofy spanko resolutions would make a great topic for a post!
We intend to start living more again, as opposed to being afraid of catching Covid! We, however, will always be prudent in our activities. We wear masks in stores, on airplanes and in airports.
We are going to go to the theatre (Harry Potter in toronto), and going back to cruising in February in the Caribbean.
I encourage Cindy to spank me more often, but it happens infrequently.

If I were to make a New Year's resolution, it would be that we four meet for lunch sometime this year.

While not really a New Year’s resolution, but shared desire is to spank several times a week. It may only be 20 or 40 with an implement, but the goal is to increase frequency. I completed a home made spanking bench that will get use this year after we navigate around several doctors appointments and another dreaded prostate biopsy.

On vanilla front, need to lose weight stat. Put on too much during the last year and it bothers me greatly. I'm already punished for this, can't fit into my favourite clothes!
