Friday FAIL

Continuing with the theme of panties that I introduced on Wednesday, let's take a look at some of the fashions of days gone by.

Wow. The first ad's bizarro world.

Hermione, my favorite by-gone era bloomer's, to be worn by naughty females, are 'directoire knicker's'. Yes, pulling down such a wonderous female undergarment, from a woman, is a joy to behold.

Emen - I couldn't believe the first one either.

Joey - Thanks. Have a blast this weekend at your party.

YL - I recognize a few of them from long ago. I never wore the edible ones.

Six - I'll try to find an ad for those, just for you.

Hugs,
Hermione

LOL. I used to have knickers that had days of the week on. Thanks for the smiles Hermione.

Enjoy your weekend.

Thank heavens the styles have changed. They probably weren't a fail during their time but they sure are now.

You amaze me how you always find the greatest things.

GAY BABY???? My brain just exploded.

Ronnie - I like that the ad calls them "dated" - they sure are!

SNP - I'm glad it was a WIN for you.

Red - Yeah, that's weird.

Ana - I used to see ads for them all the time, but never knew what flavour they were supposed to be.

Sunnygirl - I think some of the old styles were quite comfortable, and covered a large area.

Njspank - Thank you, and welcome!

Ticcers - Some people hang on to the old styles as long as they can.

Erica - I'm afraid so. It didn't have quite the same connotation back then, but now...

Hugs,
Hermione

Julia - Good to know. I have a few more set aside for a future post.

MSB - That sure is a strange one.

Hermione

Days of the week panties bring back so many memories! I would love to find those in adult sizes these days. I'd still wear them, you betcha!

Thank you for these, Hermione!

"Are your panties up to date?" is the best ad-line I've seen in years. I don't know if it actually sold any undergarments but it had me howling with laughter!

And as everyone here knows, Day of the Week panties are prominently featured in the Armand Van Heldon/Spalding Rockwell video
"HEAR MY NAME!"

Dave - That video was hilariously bizarre! I hadn't seen it before. thanks for the link.

Doe - You'll be glad to know they are still available. See the video link Dave provided.

Hugs,
Hermione
