It's my obsession too! Many people confuse the two words, and these excellent FAILs illustrate just how common that problem has become.

I agree with the comments on spelling and grammar. What peeves me is people higher up in my company that are unable to construct a well written email without typos and without misspellings and without grammatical errors. Not that being an executive makes them immune to these things, but they are leaders and they should realize that if they are sloppy, then maybe they might not be respected very well. This goes for anyone actually. Their carelessness shows that they are either ignorant or just plain stupid or think they are above everyone. In any case, lead by example or follow. OK, I am off my soapbox now. :)
