Oh my God, that last one!!
This reminds me of the time I was proofreading a list of religious bookstores, and the space allowed for them was tiny, so the typesetter was allowed to abbreviate. When she came to "The Assembly of God," she typed "The Ass of God." I nearly fell out of my desk chair laughing.
