Christmas Memories IV

It's Christmas Eve. All through my childhood we opened prsents on Christmas Eve, so the day itself was never very special. This ties in nicely with the no Santa upbringing, and my mother always said she was too anxious to wait until morning for her presents. When I got married, the habit continued, because it was a European tradition that his family carried on. Then when Ron and I got together, we celebrated on Christmas Eve with our mothers because he had to go to his ex's house bright and early to watch his son open presents. It wasn't until son was grown up that the two of us actually had a real Christmas morning together.

Love the funnies Hermione, especially No 4 lol.

We always opened gifts Christmas morning, and weren't allowed to until after breakfast (apart from the ones Santa left us in our pillow cases in our bedrooms). I remember one year we managed to convince mum and dad to let us open one gift Christmas eve. Oh, the gifts didn't go under the tree until Christmas eve either.

Wishing you, Ron and family a very Merry Christmas. Hope you have a wonderful day:)

Hugs
Roz

We always celebrated on the 25th when I was little and also when our girls were little.. but I switched to the 24th when I was on my own so my girls could have 2 Christmases one with me and one with their dad.

Now with the lil one we celebrate on the 25th cause ya know - Santa!

Have an excellent holiday Hermione - and here's to a Healthy! Happy New Year.

Those made me laugh, thanks.

We always opened our present on Christmas morning after Breakfast (still do), I had a pillow case with presents in that I could open as soon as I woke. I loved those little presents. There was always a small orange.

I hope you, Ron and family have a wonderful Christmas.

Love,
Ronnie

We always opened Christmas presents from the family on Christmas Eve. My parents saved Christmas morning for Santa’s presents. I kept that tradition going when I met the Misses. I do spank the Misses if I catch her checking the presents under the tree. So of course the present go under the tree a few days before so the temptation is there and multiple spankings can be given.

Love the pix. I dressed up as Santa at the bank I worked at long ago. There were a few secretaries that I wanted to spank but never got the opportunity. Apparently the bank Santa cannot spank bad girls either.

Merry Christmas Hermione.

People in Flanders are having their main Christmas get together as I type. Christmas day is just to get over the hangover. I'm gonna stick to Christmas day, it's my tradition. Merry Christmas.
