Love our Lifestyle Day 2022 is fast approaching. Next Thursday, November 17, we bloggers will celebrate our lifestyle. Since it will be the 17th LoL day, it's only fitting that we hold it on the 17th day of the month. 

Whether you engage in spanking on a regular basis, just once in a while, or only think about it, you are here because spanking interests you in some way. I like to think of my readers and fellow bloggers as one big, extended family of like-minded individuals. So I invite everyone, whether they blog or not, to get together next Thursday and say "hello" to each of the bloggers they visit.

If you are a blogger who would like to join in, let me know in the comments section, and I will add your name to the list of participants. But you don't need to officially declare your intention to be part of the action. All you have to do on November 17 or later (there's no time limit) is drop by each of the blogs you visit, or have on your blogroll, and leave a friendly greeting.

Once again it's almost time for the annual Love our Lurkers celebration. This year we will honour our silent readers on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21.

For those of you who are new to blogging, we bloggers set aside two days each year to encourage our silent readers to come out of the shadows and leave a comment. We all have readers who have never commented, and this is the time we gently encourage them to introduce themselves in some way.

If you are a blogger, all you have to do is put up a post on November 20 and/or 21 encouraging your readers—especially the silent ones—to leave a comment. I will have more details for you when we get closer to the event, and our good friend Enzo has prepared graphics for you to use, but in the meantime please spread the word to your readers. let's all try to make LoL 15 the best one yet!

We Love our Lurkers

The day we've been waiting and planning for has finally arrived! It's day one of our annual Love our Lurkers celebration. The tradition was started by Bonnie, the queen of spanking bloggers, and this is our 13th opportunity to encourage our lurkers out of the shadows.

If you are a silent reader who has never dared to leave a comment, now is your chance. We know you're out there, so don't be shy! You are among friends here. You may remain anonymous if you wish, or use a pen name. What should you say? That's entirely up to you.  "Hello" is fine. I would love to know what your favourite spanking implement is.

Get Ready to Love your Lurkers

That's right. We're counting down the days until we hold our thirteenth Love our Lurkers celebration. On Friday November 16 and Saturday November 17, we will be calling all our silent readers to come out from the shadows and leave a comment, no matter how short.

Participation in recent years has dropped, so I am asking you all to encourage your friends to join us on those two days. If you have a blog, tell your readers about the upcoming LOL day. If you don't have a blog, then plan on joining in the fun. If you are a silent reader, get ready to speak up for what might be the first time.

I will post more details about our event soon. If we all work together, we can make LOL 13 the best one yet!

We Felt the Love

Another Love Our Lurkers celebration has come and gone, and I must say it was a bigger success than I dared hope! We had some new bloggers join us for the first time, and that's always such a thrill for me. Most participants recorded a healthy number of comments from both old friends and no-longer-shy lurkers.

Love Our Lurkers!

We bloggers love our lurkers, and if you are someone who reads but never comments, today is just for you! It's Love our Lurkers Day, instigated once again by our good friend Bonnie.

Every day, hundreds of readers visit Hermione's Heart, yet only a small number of them leave a comment. I wish I could get to know each one of you a little better. If you have never left a comment before, why not do it now? You don't need a logon ID or a Blogger account; you can choose the anonymous option.

Everyone starts out as a lurker. It can take days, weeks or even months to feel comfortable enough to leave a comment on a blog. Sometimes it seems like the other people who leave comments are all friends who know each other and outsiders' comments aren't welcome. That's not the case here or on most blogs. I love to hear from newcomers, and you'll soon feel right at home.

Don't  know what to say? Hello is fine. Tell me what the weather is like today where you are, what country you live in, or what you had for breakfast. Anything that you want to share would be great. You don't have to talk about spanking, but if you do, so much the better. (That is why you're here, isn't it?)
