Wednesday WIN

He's got the first part right. If he suggests a spanking after he's finished, I say this guy's a keeper!

Shopping for a Spanker

Ken at Spanked by My Lady recently wrote about a shopping trip that included a visit to a tack shop. One of the items they bought was a black riding crop with a leather flapper in the shape of a hand. The punchline of his story was that the sales associate called it "a spanker."

We have one of those too, in purple. I have mentioned it in previous post, here and here.

How I feel about it depends on the way it's used. If Ron smacks the little hand against each cheek in turn, it's a stingy appetizer of what is to follow. When he applies the length of the crop across both globes, then it's a seriously ouchy implement. I love the variety that is possible, depending on the whims of the operator.

I bought mine online from Horse Tack Co.

From the Top Shelf - Concertina

I recently finished reading Concertina, The life and loves of a dominatrix, by Susan Winemaker.  Susan becomes a domme to help pay the bills, and has no deep commitment to or love for the role. It seems to be just a job, and she has little enthusiasm for the work, but she learns the techniques and becomes quite good at what she does.  Here's how she describes it:

One can only get good at it by doing it again and again. After learning the basics: how to use a whip, handle a cane, tie a tight knot...how to construct a beginning, middle and climax, then it's time to edit and refine the act. And I relished the flexing of my voice, using it in seductive and poignant ways. I learned how to cause a tremor with a whisper, to assail and assault through my tone, to recognize and hypnotise a man in the dark...

The power of words. The power of silence...

Now, if it was corporal punishment he wanted, I could spend long, lazy minutes engrossed in the minutiae, the rhythms and endless variations of touch and tempo. I'd put him over the whipping bench or over my knee and begin stroking his bare bottom, teasing him, warming him up. I magnified my caresses, stroked, strummed, kneaded and slapped in soft staccato. When done to music, the whole room vibrated to the act. The slaps get louder, harder, sharper; and my hand burns. He's my instrument, and I play him and compose.

Susan writes beautifully, and evokes the emotion behind the action, and captures details and nuances that bring the scenes to life. Throughout the book the author describes various scenes she has with her clients, and spanking is only occasionally featured.  This adds variety to the book but those other activities are outside the scope of this blog. I will, however, share a spanking scene with you next time.

You want me to do WHAT with this stick?

Let’s get this fantasy over with…Everything I am wearing is made of wool and it itches something terrible…!

All right my dear, I am going to ask you one more time before I use this on your bottom…Where did you hide all my disposable razors?

Now I am prepared for Black Friday shopping…The first lady that crowds in front of me and grabs a Nintendo 2000 is NOT going to sit down for a while.

Let me introduce myself…I am Mr. Franklin Andrew Pottsworth….I am the DISCIPLINE Party’s candidate for President of the United States….I propose a cane in every closet and a paddle in every drawer.

Hello Mary….I am going to be a little late…I missed my flight…It seems airport security and I disagree on whether I can bring your birthday present on the plane!

Thank you all for explaining this mysterious portrait. Next week you'll have a chance to caption a picture that is one of the best!

A Perfect Fit

I found this hat on sale recently, and had to buy it. The logo is perfect!

The question is, which one of us should wear it? Does it describe my backside, or Ron's expertise in turning it bright red?

Maybe we'll take turns.
