Anon: I like variety, and have used up to 3 at a session. Use 1 or 2 quite often, in between hand spanking portions.
Joe: Not counting hand have had 5 different implements used on me in one session. Hair brush, tawse, leather strap, paddle and crop was a long and satisfying session for both of us.
Bernie: We use up to three. Generally 2 leather and 1 wood, or vice versa. I suspect that we've used more, but I don't remember any specifics.
Jack: It depends on how upset my wife is with me. Normally she uses the hairbrush, it does get my attention. When I have crossed the line, I will face the wall after the hairbrush and then...she will use the bathbrush. The bathbrush is the worse, it really stings.
Roz: We have used multiple implements although the focus is usually on one implement. From memory 3 or 4 implements may have been used in one session.
Yorkie: I can’t remember a session where we used only one implement. It’s usually 2 or 3. The last one we used almost all of them - I think it was 6.
Ava: We always use multiple implements. My husband starts off with a crop or more recently, a martinet. This is the closest thing to a "warm-up" that we do! The martinet, used fairly gently on my back, immediately brings a feeling of being subdued which I love. Next is the tawse, which he uses both soft and hard. I am usually kneeling on a leather bench at the foot of our bed and he has my legs together for this. This can go on a while, and is often paused for welcomed sexual activity! Then it is time for the canes. He uses the thicker one on my butt, not full strokes but firm tapping. Then the thinner one on my upper thighs. Oh that hurts!!! The canes and the tawse both leave marks which usually fade within an hour. The grand finale is the "red paddle", which is small but thick, and he uses it pretty dang hard! I try hard to stay still but sometimes I can't, which can lead to a few smacks with a bath brush which is always kept handy as a threat. He likes to hear me cry out. Thank goodness our nest is long empty and we live in the middle of a forest so we have no concerns for noise! When he's done he calls me up to lay in his arms and be comforted. Then he comforts me in other ways. Afterwards we both feel pretty "out of it" and it can be hard to jump into the day's activity! We've been at this for 4 1/2 years now, several times a week, and we are both so happy with our marriage of 40 years!

Rosco: We don’t keep a large selection around. Irene has gravitated toward leather, with her favorites being a large riding crop and a tawse with a round handle (important to her as her hands are rather small). She like the loud thwacky sounds they make as well as the squirming and whining that comes from me.
I got a taste of both yesterday, before going to a party. No treat after. - maybe today?
The main exceptions to the leather are when one of us cuts a switch, usually from hiking nearby trails - the shoots from wild plum trees work best at least in our area. It’s a very different feeling than the Leather though I would not describe either as more intense. The switch is satisfying like cold tart lemonade on a hot day. But I don’t think Irene finds the switch as satisfying from her end.
Once a great while, she’ll tie me down and spank me with everything she can find, but usually it’s one or two “implements”.
Red: Hi Hermione: Finally nicer weather for you. Unless it is a on the spot spanking in the kitchen, Cindy now almost always uses two or even three implements. (wooden bath brush, or some wooden implement, the tawse (long or short) and A CANE
Barrel: Typically, we only use one, maybe two implements. Her favorite is the hair brush as she says she likes the intimacy over her knee and she can see the results immediately and up close. If she is wanting a more intense session, I get the brush and either the hard plastic paddle, strap or riding crop in a standing position but leaning on the bed. If we plan a punishment session, I am bound to the bench at the bottom or our bed and she will employ 4 or 5 implements, almost always concluding with the thick cane second to last, followed up with the thin cane (3 mm) as it is the most intense and leaves glorious marks.
Wendel: We pretty much stick to one implement. There are the occasions where a second spanking is deemed necessary a different implement will be used .
Loki: When I give spankings I like to use multiple implements since each one has their own unique feel to them.
For example when I gave a friend of mine a caning last month, I used five canes of various thickness going from a light nursery full up to a disciplinary one on her.
Ronnie: P has used multiple implements though normally it's just the one. I think the most he's used is 3.
Hermione: I don't believe we have ever used more than four. Ron chooses three, then lets me pick the fourth one. If he's chosen mostly leather I will pick a wood paddle, and vice versa. But yesterday he chose all leather, and I added the rose paddle to the lineup to make it an all-leather session.
