Valentine's Day is fast approaching, and what better way to celebrate than with a sweet treat? I whipped up a batch of Ron's favourite shortbread cookies, cut them out with a set of heart-shaped cookie cutters, then turned them around and decorated them with icing and sprinkles. Voila! A delicious assortment of rosy bottoms.
The cookies in this picture are larger than the ones in the top one, and I was able to use some purple sugar for added intensity. The pink one at top left got off lightly, don't you think?
I won't be taking these treats to the office to share; they're staying home for us to enjoy, in moderation.

Okay, seriously Hermione? Your creativity is astoundingly fun to see. These are fantastic and so cute! You can't help but grin when you see em, plus there's the added bonus of the fact that they're tasty cookies. Doesn't get any better!
