Keychain or even watch holder. They sell these at my local Ren Faire,only theirs are a bit fancier.
Is this that 300 meter long art installation, by Jon Luc McKee, that is currently floating just off Michipicoten Island, that can be seen on satellite images on Google Earth, at the moment?
