We Canadians have a difficult time enforcing our own spelling of certain words.
"...as she is spoke"? What part of the U.S. is this site in?
LOLcat has finally made the big time - the online Oxford dictionary.
LOLcats can be picky about spelling and grammar too.
I'll second that!
So it isn't rocket science; it's harder than rocket science!
Yeah, okay, maybe I should just give up.
But don't give up reading this blog yet. There's still a caption to be completed.

Oh, I hear you! When H first arrived back in Australia from the USA after 9 years it took me months to untrained him out of his horrendous bad grammar habits back to British English.

Thanks for these Hermione...they are quite funny. Oh and for those of you complaining about the spelling...if you are using a Microsoft product, simply change your dictionary from English(US) to English(UK)! ;) Have a great weekend.
Hugs and Blessings...

LoL Hermoine, love them all! Thanks for the giggle :)

I love listening to the "younger" generation. "she goes" "I was like" some have their own grammar and it's not English. Heck it's not even American.

Callie - British English in Australia? I thought they had their own unique variety of English, complete with slang.
Cat - Well, Canadian English isn't the same as UK English either. It is a mixture of both. For example, we use U.S. spelling of program instead of programme, and U.K. flavour instead of flavor.
Roz - I'm glad you enjoyed them.
Arched one: Oh, those make me crazy! How will people who speak like that ever get a job?
Hugs,
Hermione
