Congratulations to Anonymous for correctly guessing that it is a spatula specially designed to scoop both peanut butter and jam or jelly out of a jar.
The two ends are colour-coded so that the peanut butter-covered end doesn't end up in the jam jar, and vice versa.

I'm glad everyone likes the PB&J spatula. I found it in an upscale gift store that carries a little bit of everything, but you might find one by Googling.
I'd better make sure all the jam is washed off before we use it. Ron wouldn't like to have sticky hands while he's busy applying the other end to my buns.
